Richard Floco

Richard Floco is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience driving revenue growth, operational transformation, and enterprise performance across multi-property entertainment, hospitality, and event organizations.

Richard began building his executive foundation at Global Entertainment Inc., a publicly held multi-state arena company, where he rose to President overseeing marketing and facility operations divisions across six markets. He was a founding member of Gettix.net, the company’s proprietary ticketing platform, and was recognized with back-to-back Executive of the Year awards in 2007 and 2008.

He went on to serve as Vice President of Sales at Parc Management, the operator behind Six Flags and NASCAR SpeedPark properties, where he led sales strategy and P&L performance across 11 locations in multiple states. He delivered 21% revenue growth in his first year and 28% in his second, while building national training initiatives and strengthening leadership pipelines across the portfolio.

He later joined ISA, Ltd. as Vice President of Business Development and Operations, where he established strategic partnerships with casinos and entertainment groups and led full-lifecycle execution of high-profile events.

Richard joins TechForce Robotics as Vice President of Business Development, where he will leverage his extensive background in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and revenue growth to expand the company’s client relationships and drive market expansion.
